Sending Your First Inventory to Elevation Distribution
Purpose
This guide explains how to prepare, label, and send your first inventory shipment to Elevation Distribution. Following these procedures helps ensure faster receiving, accurate inventory check-in, and smooth fulfillment activation inside the Elevation Distribution Fulfillment Portal (FCP).
1. Log Into Your Fulfillment Portal
Before shipping inventory, confirm that:

Your Elevation Distribution account is active

Your products and SKUs are already created in the system

If your SKUs have not yet been created, complete the product setup process before sending inventory.

2. Prepare Your Products & SKUs
Every product arriving at the warehouse must include:

A unique SKU

Accurate product descriptions

Proper labeling

A visible barcode or SKU label

Scannable product identification

Consistent SKU formatting

If products arrive without compliant labeling, additional prep or relabeling fees may apply.

Multi-unit kits or bundles must:

Display a single external SKU label

4. Warehouse Shipping Address & Labeling
Every inbound carton or pallet must display:

5. Submit an Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN)
Before inventory arrives, you must notify Elevation Distribution by submitting an ASN through the Fulfillment Portal.
