Elevation Distribution Onboarding Overview

Purpose

This guide helps new clients configure their Elevation Distribution account, access operational support, and prepare their fulfillment environment for successful onboarding and shipping activation.


1. Configure Critical Account Settings

Before your account can begin processing shipments, you must complete all required setup preferences inside the Elevation Distribution Fulfillment Portal.

Manage Notification Settings (Important!)

Navigate to:

CLIENT SETTINGS → NOTIFICATIONS

Your assigned onboarding or account representative may already be included in your notification settings to monitor your first inbound inventory shipment and ensure your account is activated correctly.

Important:

  • Do not remove the representative’s email address or assigned notification permissions during onboarding.
  • Your representative will remove themselves after your first successful receiving process is completed.
  • Keeping these notifications active helps prevent delays in account approval and shipping activation.

Configure Shipping Confirmation Preferences

Under:

CLIENT SETTINGS → SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS

Select who should receive automated shipment confirmations and tracking updates:

  • Your internal team
  • Your customers
  • Both

Shipping Confirmation Fields

Sender Email

Enter the email address your customers should see as the sender of shipment notifications.

Internal Notification Email

Enter the email address that should receive BCC copies of all shipment confirmations.

Custom Messaging

Add any branded messaging, customer instructions, or thank-you notes to appear in shipment confirmation emails.

After completing all fields, click:

SAVE SHIPPING PREFERENCES


Enable SMS Notifications (Optional)

To receive shipment or operational alerts via SMS:

Navigate to:

CLIENT SETTINGS → SMS ALERTS

Then select:

ADD NEW NUMBER

Phone Number Guidelines

  • Enter numbers only (no dashes or spaces)
  • International numbers must include the country code and “+” prefix
    Example: +639171234567

After entering your number:

  1. Select your country
  2. Click SAVE SMS NUMBER

2. Create Your Support Portal Account

To submit, manage, and track support requests, you must register for the Elevation Distribution Support Portal.

Support Portal Access

Visit:

support.elevationdist.com

Click:

SIGN IN

located in the upper-right corner of the portal.


Existing Support Users

If you have previously contacted support using your email address, your account may already exist.

To activate your account:

  1. Select Forgot Password
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Follow the password reset instructions sent via email

New Users

If you do not yet have a support account:

  1. Click SIGN UP
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Create your password

3. Submit & Track Support Requests

Submit a Request Online

Inside the Support Portal, click:

SUBMIT A REQUEST

Complete the request form with as much detail as possible to help our operations team respond quickly.

Important:

Please submit requests using your registered account email address whenever possible.


Portal Assistance & Knowledge Base

Within the Fulfillment Portal, use the floating:

SUPPORT tab

available on most pages to:

  • Search help articles
  • Access onboarding documentation
  • Contact support directly
  • Submit operational questions

Track Existing Requests

Inside the Support Portal:

  1. Click your profile name
  2. Select MY ACTIVITIES

From there, you can:

  • View current and previous requests
  • Monitor ticket statuses:
    • New
    • Open
    • Pending
    • Resolved
  • Add comments or upload additional information
