Elevation Distribution Fulfillment Portal (FCP) Overview
The Elevation Distribution Fulfillment Portal (FCP) is your centralized platform for managing fulfillment operations, inventory, orders, reporting, billing, and account settings in real time. The system provides secure, web-based access 24/7 so clients can efficiently monitor and manage logistics operations from a single dashboard.

1. Accessing the FCP
Clients can access the Elevation Distribution Fulfillment Portal at:
Portal Access
https://portal.elevationdist.com
Use the email address associated with your account along with the password created during onboarding.
You may also access the portal directly from the Elevation Distribution website by selecting:
Customer Login
located in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
FCP Security & Authentication
To maintain account security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all users.
Session Management
- Active sessions remain valid for up to 9 hours
- Users inactive beyond the session limit will be required to re-authenticate
- For enhanced convenience, the Remember Me feature allows users to remain signed in for up to 7 days unless they manually sign out
Failed Login Attempts
- Three failed login attempts will temporarily lock the account for 60 minutes
- Users may reset their password immediately using the Forgot Password link
Password Reset
If login fails:
- Click Forgot Password
- Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address
- Create a new password or reuse your existing one if permitted

3. Account Settings
Navigate to:
Client Info → My Settings
Within this section you can manage operational preferences and account-level configurations.
Shipping Confirmation Preferences
Choose who receives automated shipment confirmations:
- Your internal team
- Your customers
- Both
Customize Shipping Notifications
Add:
- Branded messaging
- Customer instructions
- Thank-you notes
- Support information
Returns Management
Configure:
- Return instructions
- RMA messaging
- Packing preferences
- Returns handling requirements
Security Settings
Update:
- Passwords
- User access
- Authentication settings
After making updates, select:
SAVE / UPDATE SETTINGS
to apply changes.
4. Adding & Managing Products
Before inventory can be received into the warehouse, every product must be entered into the system with a unique SKU.
Add a Product
Navigate to:
Client Info → View Inventory
Then select:
Add Product
Enter all required product information including:
- SKU
- Product description
- Product attributes
- Declared value
- Customs information (if applicable)
SKU & Product Requirements
SKU Rules
- Maximum length: 10 characters
- Letters and numbers only
- Avoid leading zeros
Product Variations
Each variation requires a separate SKU, including:
- Size
- Color
- Packaging type
SKU Matching
The SKU entered into the portal must exactly match:
- Product labels
- Packing lists
- Shipment documentation
Declared Value
This field should reflect the product’s retail value.
Customs Information
For international shipping:
- Provide a general product category
- Include the harmonization code
- Maximum of 6 digits
- Numbers only
SKU Management
Clients may:
- Edit product descriptions
- Update attributes
Clients cannot:
- Rename SKUs
- Delete SKUs
For SKU changes, contact Elevation Distribution Support directly.
5. Viewing Inventory
The inventory section provides real-time visibility into warehouse stock levels and inventory movement.
Inventory List View
Displays:
- All active SKUs
- Available quantities
- Warehouse/bin locations
- Inventory status
Search & Filtering
Use the search bar to quickly locate products by:
- SKU
- Product name
Additional filters include:
- Show Deleted Items
- Hide Memo Items
Users can also:
- Sort columns
- Multi-sort using Shift + Click
Product Actions
History
View:
- Inventory transaction logs
- Receiving history
- Shipment activity
Edit
Update:
- Product descriptions
- Attributes
- Operational details
6. Viewing Invoices
To access billing records, navigate to:
Billing → View Invoices
Clients can:
- Review weekly invoices
- View shipment-level charges
- Access detailed billing records
- Download invoice spreadsheets
Invoice Features
View Details
Displays:
- Shipment breakdowns
- Fulfillment charges
- Storage costs
- Shipping fees
Export Data
Download detailed invoice spreadsheets for:
- Accounting
- Auditing
- Internal reporting
7. Generating Reports
The Reports section allows clients to export operational data for analysis and business reporting.
Inventory Reports
Navigate to:
Reports → Inventory Spreadsheet
Inventory Report Features
Sort by:
- SKU
- Description
- Quantity
Generated reports include:
- SKU information
- Product descriptions
- Warehouse locations
- Available inventory quantities
Performance Note
Large reports may require additional processing time depending on SKU volume.
Transaction Reports
Navigate to:
Reports → Transaction Spreadsheet
Transaction Report Features
Sort by:
- Order Date
- Ship Date
- Order Number
- Customer Name
Select a date range and click:
Generate Report
Included data:
- Shipped orders
- Customer information
- Product quantities
- Tracking numbers
All reports can be exported as spreadsheets for operational analysis and recordkeeping.
